Welcome to Raving Toy Maniac's 20Q. This is where we take questions from our readers to pass along to people within the toy industry, and present their answers right here.

How does it work? Each month we will field questions for a specific person involved in making the latest, greatest action figures a reality. It may a toy company executive, a sculptor, designer or company spokesperson. We'll then present their responses to the 20 top questions right here for your reading pleasure.

DECEMBER

Doug Sapp, President of ReSaurus

Our first 20Q guest is Doug Sapp, the President of ReSaurus. Two years ago not many people had heard of ReSaurus. They started making a name for themselves with the release of puppets based on Steven Spielberg's The Lost World. Shortly thereafter, ReSaurus exploded on the action figure scene with the release of the first Duke Nukem action figure. Duke was first available via ReSaurus' then-fledgling website, and in comic book stores through Previews. From those inauspicious beginnings ReSaurus has developed a strong reputation of exceptional quality and customer interaction like the toy industry has never seen. They are makers of such popular toy lines as Duke Nukem, Crash Bandicoot and Speed Racer.

Questions were accepted earlier this summer. To see Doug's Responses, click here!
