WAVE 11: Electro Spark Wave Ten was released in early December 1996. Wave Eleven was released in January-February 1997. Offering 2 figures collectors have been clamoring for, Captain America and Electro, this assortment yielded both praises and criticism. In the praises catagory:great choices of characters, a fun "extra" (sparking action), nice sculpts. In criticism: Cap's shield is thick and small(!) and Electro is stuck squatting with huge boots.
