WAVE 21: Web Splashers 3 At Toy Fair 1999, two more lines of Web Splashers debuted. Only one was actually made, Web Splashers 3, which began arriving in stores in January 1999. With the animated series off the air, this wave counted on the sucess of the past two kid-friendly lines of Spider-Man themed water toys.
