WAVE 8: Spider-Wars Wave Eight was released in late 1996. Thanks to the animated series, much clamored for comic book characters such as Doctor Strange and the Black Cat were released along with minor characters Hydro-Man and the Doppel-Ganger Spider-man that no one could have ever predicted seeing.
