Comments: This was the largest individual figure released to date. Only the Professor X figure even came close in size to the bulk of the Brood figure (the Mojo figure from the X-Force line would also be in this category of girth). The figure was interestingly articulated having several legs/arms and a tail. The figure also featured a sculpted "hole" on the forehead. The purpose of which must be decorative.

The action feature was a button that flapped the figure's wings and opened its mouth. This action worked reasonably well, but the button on the figure's back protruded farther than many would have liked. This figure (along with Ahab) were the series two worst sellers. This figure can occasionally be found on retail shelves even today.
