Year of release:1993
Figure Number: 4912
Accessories: None
Action Feature: Power Punch (Twist-Waist Action)
Comments: This is the first figure produced from the modern X-Factor. In producing this figure, hopes were raised that other X-Factor characters would be soon to follow (such as Havok, Polaris, Wolfsbane, Multiple Man, etc.). Alas, with the exceptions of Forge and Random, it took two years for the production of the next X-Factor figure, Havok.
This figure has limited articulation (only hips, shoulders, waist and neck) and makes use of the now common twisting waist action feature (found on several previous figures, most notably on Wolverine II and Wolverine III). A lack of accessories (no weapon) was puzzling for this figure as the hands were molded as if ready to hold some missing weapon or accessory.
Of all the figures in this series, this was the one to hang around on shelves the longest. This fact might be attibutable to less familiarity with this character or perhaps to the quality of the other figures in this series.
