Dazzler mini-figures:
The Dazzler mini-figures were made with repainted Minimate bodies. Hair and roller-skates were made with Sculpey. The microphone was made with Sculpey and a toothpick.
Dazzler figure:
The larger Dazzler figure was made from an Elektra Marvel Legends figure. Hair and clothing details were made with Sculpey.
