I re-sculpted a resin cast of a 7th season Worf's head, reducing his hair and forehead ridges and removed the ridges that were not present on his nose in the 1st season. I reshaped his beard and than re-painted to add texure. I removed the collar from the 7th season Riker body and painted on the red piping on the neck, shoulder and pant cuffs. I added gold and gold/black rank pips to the new figure. The sash is a resin cast of TOS Kor the Klingon. I sealed the entire figure with a matt clear coat.

I reduced the Playmates Dax head down to the 8" Mego scale using the acetone bath method. From a resin cast, I sculpted a new head and added hair using Sculpty. The body is a Mego Uhura with doll nylons over the legs.

After the paint had dried, I glued doll hair to the head the give her the flowing look that she wore in most episodes The body is a Mego Uhura with doll nylons over the legs.
