After a nuclear war there is nothing left alive on our planet. A defense network computer, damaged by the war, thinks itself a God. Using advanced robotics it starts to rebuild the world and the creatures in it. All of these new creatures have artificial intellegence c.p.u's in them, giving them distinct good and evil personalities.
