Sergei

Sergei is the leader of the Underground. He once was a high official in the Libertaz government, but he could not support a dictatorial regime anymore, so he decided to go rogue and fight against his ex friends.

Eagle

Eagle is the only American member of the Stakhanovites. He once was a CIA agent, but he defected to the USSR in 1987. After the USSR broke, he joined the Stakhanovites.

Kristanna

Kristanna is definitely on her own side. She works for the Libertaz government at the moment but she is quite the opportunist... She was raised by the Triads but she eventually moved to Libertaz to study but the Libertaz secret police found out about her rather deadly skills and she was drafted into the Libertaz special forces.

Melkior

Melkior is a millionaire by day, vigilante by night. He works with Blackbird to clean the streets of Libertaz.

Tanium

No one knows anything about Tanium, but everybody agrees on one fact: he cannot shut his mouth! He is a valuable member of the Underground as he is one of the only people who know how to pilot the exoskeleton designed by the Phalanx!

Dominique

Dominique is a member of the French secret services. He was sent to Libertaz to investigate on the Underground however no one knows what side he is taking in the struggle against General Zero.

The Bensimon 2 pack

William and Sydney Bensimon rule together the Bensimon Corporation. If the Underground take the Libertaz government over they will have a lot to risk since they have the monopoly over most natural resources on the island. They hire a lot of mercenaries to shut the Underground down.
