Created and mastermind by Baron Von Strucker he has enlisted the some of the most deadly mercenaries and assassins in the world. Recently Baron Von Strucker along with Viper have resurfaced and have been raiding and destroying several significant S.H.E.I.L.D shadow facilities. With the assault of the second Twilight Dawn by HYDRA's leaders, Baron Von Strucker forces the high priests to use the remaining stone fragments to resurrect The Gorgon as the final member of his new Ruling Council and latest Hydra agent who has joined their quest of total world domination!
