JAKKS Pacific and Alliance Atlantis Sign Master Toy Licensing Agreement for Dragon Booster; New Action Adventure Animation Planned for Debut in Fall '04.

MALIBU, Calif. -- June 10, 2003 -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. and Alliance Atlantis announced today from the New York Licensing Show that the Companies have signed a worldwide master toy licensing agreement for Alliance Atlantis' new children's animated property, Dragon Booster(TM). JAKKS will develop, manufacture, and distribute toys in multiple categories based on the highly anticipated animated series that is anticipated to debut in September 2004.

JAKKS plans to develop action figures, accessories and playsets, craft and activity toys, vehicles, Tongue Tape candy, and more based on the new boys' action property for Fall 2004. Alliance Atlantis is launching the property at Licensing Show 2003 and JAKKS plans to debut Dragon Booster product at the Fall Mass Market Expo in New York.
