This January, Diamond Comic Distributors follows up its successful offering of Medicom's Planet of the Apes Kubricks with four new Planet of the Apes Kubrick Sets.

Based on popular American and Japanese properties, Kubricks � building block figures that stand approximately 2 �"-tall � have proven themselves as popular in the West as they are in the East. Filmmaker Tim Burton�s "re-imagining" of the SF classic, Planet of the Apes, opened on July 27, 2001, to record box office numbers, and helped to bring the Apes franchise back into the public eye. Already a hit after their first offering, Medicom's second series of Apes Kubricks will continue the excitement.

Featuring characters from the original film (and TV!) series, Set E includes Caesar with Bridge, General Aldo, and Caesar Land's Ape.

Set F contains Cornelius, Zira, and Milo in spacesuits, with variant helmet heads and space ship.

Set G features Soldier Ape with Jail cage, Taylor, and Lucius.

Set H includes Mutant Human with Subway Stage, Mutant Human Soldier, and Brent. All four sets are scheduled to ship by January 2002.
