Toys"R"Us, Inc. and Disney Announce Exclusive Launch of Specially Designed Halloween Costumes
Critical Work of Children Affected by AIDS Foundation to be Highlighted as Part of this Campaign
WAYNE, N.J., July 31, 2008 -- Today, Toys"R"Us, Inc. and Disney Consumer Products announced the introduction of a line of 10 specially created Halloween costumes for boys, girls and babies based on popular Disney characters. These costumes will be available exclusively at Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores nationwide and at www.Toysrus.com/ExclusiveCostumes during the 2008 Halloween season. This unique product offering will serve to spotlight the continued support by Toys"R"Us and Disney for the Children Affected by AIDS Foundation (CAAF).
In conjunction with this program, Toys"R"Us and Disney, together, have made a contribution of $50,000 to CAAF to help further its mission to provide assistance to children affected by HIV/AIDS in the United States and other countries. Distinctive in-store collateral will help customers easily identify this special collection of Halloween costumes.
