Kidrobot to Open Pirate Store in Chicago
NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2008 -- Kidrobot, the world's premier creator and retailer of limited edition art toys, apparel and accessories will open its first-ever Chicago based pirate store in early October. Located at 1573 North Milwaukee Ave, at the cross street of Damon Ave, this stand-alone storefront will feature 1,100 square feet of vinyl art toys, apparel, jewelry and accessories. After capturing the hearts of both the young and old in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami; Kidrobot is intent on leaving an indelible mark on the thriving Chicago market. Celebrated for their diverse collection of collaborative styles with famous pop and graffiti artists, Kidrobot will showcase both their limited edition apparel and infinitely rich array of toys from the talents of artists including Huck Gee, Frank Kozik and eBoy at their Chicago location.
