Sideshow Inc. of Westlake Village, CA has partnered with Weta Workshop of New Zealand to develop multiple lines of polystone collectibles based on the upcoming film trilogy, Lord of the Rings. Weta Workshop is the special effects company that created the effects for all three LOTR films. The Sideshow / WETA collaboration will be responsible for the development and marketing of five lines of polystone collectibles: statues, busts, miniature shields and weapons, miniature helmets and wall plaques.

The 1:16 scale statues are hand cast in heavy weight polystone and hand painted. The display base has been etched with the map of Middle Earth and also include the Lord of the Rings logo, the character's name and sculptor's signature. These are authentic replications of the film's central characters and each figure has been endorsed by the actor who portrayed the character on film.

The Orc Overseer
