Wrebbit, based in Montreal, will operate as a Division of Irwin Toy and benefit from its distribution and marketing strengths in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other countries. Irwin Toy, based in Toronto, will benefit from Wrebbit's creatively innovative product lines, especially in the puzzle category, as it builds a stronger presence in the Family Entertainment area.
