Final Fantasy X Figures & Goodies
|
In just a few short months, SquareSoft will release the long awaited 10th installment of its best-selling Final Fantasy video game franchise in the U.S., sending "Final Fans" everywhere on a quest for the finest Final Fantasy X products around. Through a special agreement with Koto, Inc. (manufacturer of some of the most anticipated Final Fantasy X merchandise), Diamond Comic Distributors is ready to meet that demand as the exclusive U.S. distributor for Koto's products.
The Final Fantasy line has been one of the most popular series in the history of video games, with each new installment selling more copies and winning more converts than the one before. 2000's Final Fantasy IX took in an unprecedented 500,000+ pre-orders, and, thanks in part to the recently released Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within motion picture, Final Fantasy X (FFX) is expected to exceed those numbers. In fact, the game sold nearly two million units in just four days after its release in Japan! Now, there's a treasure trove of FFX collectibles headed our way to commemorate the upcoming release.
TOYS

The FFX: Tidus 12-Inch Action Figure pays homage to the hard-fighting hero of the soon-to-be-released game. Intricately detailed, the figure features 22 points of articulation (including special elbow joints that allow it to echo all the fighting stances from the game) and a sword accessory (cast in clear plastic).

Tidus' staff-wielding female partner is captured by the FFX: Yuna 12-Inch Vinyl Statue, an expertly crafted work of art that comes with a staff accessory and is fully painted and ready to display.
Players can put these heroes to the test with the FFX: Bahamut Deluxe Action Figure. The first in a series of Deluxe Aeons, this 8 " figure boasts 20 points of articulation, an incredible 20" wingspan, a ring weapon, and a display stand.
All three are imported from Japan, ship in original window box packaging, and have an expected release date of March 2002.

Also imported from Japan, the FFX 4" Plush Toys Assortment presents everyone's favorite FFX creatures as cute, cuddly, bean bag-style plush figures, each of which stand approximately 4" high. Perfect for younger fans, this assortment is scheduled to include Tonberry, Cactaur, Chocobo, Pupu, and Mog, and are scheduled to ship in March 2002.
