RTMemo is free and will be sent out a few times a month, most likely about once a week. It will summarize the news posted during the week, as well as keep you updated on the new features and articles posted to RTM.

More information about RTMemo: this is a text newsletter delivered via email, and is a private service. The subscriber list will not be shared with third parties, which means that RTM will not be selling or renting the list. There may be text advertisements in RTMemo in the future, but the advertisers will not have access to the subscriber list.

We had considered using an html version, but decided that html had too many negatives associated with it, including the increased download time and file size.

RTMemo is the winning name in our "Name the Newsletter" contest, and was suggested by Chris Galdieri. Chris won a STAP with Battle Droid action figure and a Toy Fair-exclusive Shrek action figure for that suggestion. There were also four other suggested names which made it to the final round, and the people suggesting those names also received action figure prizes.

Choosing the winning name was a tough job, as RTM's readers suggested 90 names! Thank you to everyone who sent in suggestions.
