Disney ring tone and graphic content launched in Japan in August 2000 and has since garnered more than 2 million subscriptions. It is also now available throughout Asia and in Europe. Disney has been providing other wireless content from ABC, Disney, and ESPN in the U.S. for several years.

The ring tones and graphics can be previewed and downloaded from www.attwireless.com/ringtones. Ring tones are available on Nokia 8260, 5165, and 3360 phones and graphics are available on the Nokia 8260. Once a customer makes a selection, the ring tone and/or graphic is sent to the phone through the text messaging service. Downloads usually range in price from 99 cents to $1.99 each and are billed to a credit card or a customer's wireless invoice.

Currently, the service includes ten (10) Disney ring tones and nine (9) Disney graphics of classic characters, such as Mickey Mouse and Snow White, and from more recent offerings such as "The Lion King" and "The Little Mermaid."
