The license agreement includes rights to produce various specialty sport balls for distribution through mass merchants, sporting goods retail, specialty stores and amusement parks.

In May 2002, Marvel and Sony Entertainment will be releasing the Spider Man movie, while in the spring of 2003 feature films will be released in support of both The Incredible Hulk and X-Men. The Fotoball agreement includes rights to both the X-Men and Hulk feature films.
