January 2002 - Stevenson Entertainment proudly presents its new collectible brand line, the SMITI Playsets. A new brand line which emphasizes simplicity over abundant detail.

A SMITI is a high quality, basic figure, coming in at right around three inches, which often resembles a toy straight out of childhood because of its simple nature. The SMITI's are made with fourteen points of articulation and come with either sculpted or non-sculpted heads, depending on the license and overall design of the proposed playset. Each SMITI will be part of an overall playset environment. Every environment will be detailed and accessorized to coincide with the theme that is being presented.

Stevenson Entertainment will initially offer SMITI Playsets designed after some of today's hottest music acts and then gradually move into other areas of entertainment. Each SMITI Playset will be produced in a very short Limited Edition Numbered run to keep the collector's market extremely zealous. New SMITI Playsets will be released every quarter starting in 2002 to keep inventories fresh for demanding consumers. With numerous possibilities ranging from movies, television, sports and musical acts, Stevenson Entertainment expects the SMITI Playsets to be a driving collectible brand for years to come.

The first two SMITI Playsets to be released will be Powerman 5000 and Limp Bizkit in January of 2002. Both SMITI Playsets will be individually numbered limited editions... with a worldwide edition of 30,000 for Limp Bizkit and an initial edition of 7,500 for Powerman 5000.
