COSTA MESA, Calif.--Feb. 21, 2002-- eCallingCards.com, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GTC Telecom Corp., announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Marvel® Enterprises, Inc. whereby eCallingCards will produce and market a line of long distance calling cards bearing images of Marvel Comics' Spider-Man® and Spider-Man related characters. In addition to rights to utilize Spider-Man® related images, the agreement grants eCallingCards the right to produce callings cards depicting images of Marvel's X-Men® and Incredible Hulk® related characters.
