Are you ready for GALIDOR? The official product launch from LEGO is in July 2002, but LEGO is teaming up with Toys'R'Us to do a pre-launch in selected stores as a way to test the marketplace.

GALIDOR: Defenders of the Outer Dimension is a new television show which debuted on Fox Kids in February. LEGO holds the master toy license for GALIDOR and will be introducing a series of action figures based on the show - these figures have limbs which can be swapped between characters. This reflects the "glinching" which takes place in the Outer Dimension, wherein a character can "glinch" and take on physical characteristics of other characters.

During the last week of March, eighteen Toys'R'Us locations will be setting up an endcap with GALIDOR products. The endcap will be in place until the end of April, and will feature video clips. After that, kids and collectors will have to wait for the wide release of the products in July.
