Norm O'Brien, Staff Sargent, Network Systems Engineer and Matthew DeChaine, Technical Sargent, Load Engineer, both work in KB Toys' Merchandise Information Systems department and are both assigned to the Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts.

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is an agency within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs. Established in 1972, ESGR promotes cooperation and understanding between reserve component members and their civilian employers, as well as assists in resolution of conflicts arising from an employer's military commitment.
