CALABASAS, Calif.--May 14, 2002-- TDK Mediactive, Inc., a global publisher of interactive entertainment software, today announced a worldwide, multi-year exclusive licensing agreement with Mattel, Inc. to publish software based on Masters of the Universe®. The agreement grants TDK Mediactive exclusive rights to publish interactive Masters of the Universe games for console systems manufactured by Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft, as well as PC.
