COSTA MESA, Calif., Sept. 19 -- Playmates Toys Inc. is pleased to announce two of their Disney large doll lines -- "Before Once Upon a Time" Disney Little Princesses and My Interactive Princess Belle received the Fall 2002 Seal of Approval from The National Parenting Center.
The National Parenting Center chartered the Seal of Approval Program in 1989 to help parents undertake the challenges of parenting. Products are examined through comprehensive testing. After an eight-week multi-step evaluation process -- TWO of Playmates' dolls received this prestigious award.
The dolls were evaluated on level of appeal, design and presentation, desirability, sturdiness, and interactive stimulation. Test results are based on both statistical averaging and comments received by testers. Testers are made up of parents, educators and panelists from The National Parenting Center.
