'SLAP SHOT' DAVE HANSON JOINS TODD ON THE TODD MCFARLANE SHOW

The Major League Baseball world is abuzz with a lot of breaking news from just the last 24 hours from Chicago and New York. Today's show will start off a bit differently with a scheduled press conference from the Kansas City Royals regarding yesterday's attack on Tom Gamboa at Comiskey Park. Other topics likely to come up today are the hot division races, battles for the MVP title and much more.
And, be sure to tune in for Dave Hanson, a.k.a. #16 Jack Hanson, the bespectacled hockey thug from the 1977 Universal Pictures motion picture Slap Shot & the 2002 Universal Pictures release, Slap Shot 2 "Breaking the Ice". Additionally, Dave played professional hockey from 1974-1984 with several teams including the old Minnesota North Stars and Detroit Red Wings, as well as several World and minor hockey league teams. And, he is the current general manager of the Island Sports Center in Pittsburgh.
