September 25, 2002 - Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances (including horrific weather in Hong Kong, boat shortages, and labor strikes in Long Beach), Diamond Select Toys regretfully announces that the Ultimate Spider-Man action figure that was guaranteed to ship in September will not make it out during the month promised. We hope to receive the figure soon and have it processed for shipment during the month of October, but this is not definite.
