NEW YORK -- Oct. 9, 2002 -- SCI FI Channel and horror scribe Clive Barker will give one lucky viewer the chance to turn their home into the stuff their childhood nightmares were made of with "This Old Haunted House Sweepstakes." Pinhead under your bed? Not a problem.
Candyman in your closet? No sweat. The winner of the month-long contest will have their home completely transformed, a la Clive Barker, for Halloween 2003.
To enter, viewers must log onto www.scifi.com/saintsinner by midnight, Tuesday, October 22. They'll not only be eligible to win a one-of-a-kind Clive Barker inspired home makeover, but will also get all the fixings for a Halloween 2003 bash worthy of scaring the living daylights out of fifty of their closest friends. Grand-prize and first-prize winners also will be the lucky recipients of the McFarlane Toys' Tortured Souls 2 action figures. This second successful line of grisly action figures are co-designed by Clive Barker and famed Spawn creator and McFarlane Toys mastermind Todd McFarlane.
SCI FI will announce the winner on-air during the Channel's original movie premiere, Clive Barker Presents Saint Sinner. Saint Sinner premieres Saturday, October 26 at 9pm ET/PT, just in time for Halloween.
Saint Sinner tells the story of Brother Tomas, a 19th century monk who unwittingly unleashes two female demons. They escape to an unsuspecting 21st century city, inflicting unimaginable horrors on hapless victims. The movie stars Greg Serano (Legally Blonde, The Mexican), Gina Ravera (Kiss The Girls, Soul Food), Mary Mara (K-Pax, A Civil Action) and Rebecca Harrell (Man of the Year, Prancer).
