November 2002 - Reviving the interchangeable action figure craze that was huge in the 70s and 80s, fans can add to their collectibles collections with the new Myclone Trading Figures, available exclusively in North America through Diamond Comic Distributors!
Just like the Microman (a.k.a. Micronauts) line of toys from the 1970s, this new line of "Micros," the MyClone figures, features the same interchangeability as their predecessors, as most parts can be interchanged with one another! The Micronauts were a series of space toys (figures, vehicles, and playsets) produced by the Mego Corporation between 1976 and 1980. The best feature was this interchangeability, as parts from one figure could be attached to another, significantly increasing the playability of the toy line (in addition to stimulating the creativity of those that played with them).
Imported from Japan and produced by Takara, these trading figures feature characters from their classic Microman and Henshin Cyborg toys lines, and include special hard-to-find chase figures such as chrome Acroyears! Each one of these 16 figures stands 2.5" tall, features 14 joints (15 parts), and comes with a figure stand and mini book! Scheduled to ship in February 2003, these are figures that no fan of Micronauts and unique collectibles will want to miss!
