(San Francisco, CA - December 16, 2002) Early next year, millions of Post cereal boxes will feature the Nightspyer™, a custom premium designed by Wild Planet Toys. As part of the promotion, the mail-in offer will be available through the first quarter of 2003 and will be printed inside specially marked boxes of five Post Cereal brands: Alpha-Bits®, Honeycomb®, Golden Crisp®, Oreo O's® and Waffle Crisp®.

It is being offered free with one proof of purchase. The mail-in offer will be promoted through 15-second television commercials running on Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, NBC (Discovery Kids), ABC Family, ABC, The WB (Kids WB), and Fox (4 Kids) as well as on the Post's kid web site, www.postopia.com.
