May 30, 2003 - Dragon Models announces a new action figure in their 12-inch modern series, Simon, a member of the HK Police EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal). Simon is due out in June 2003, with a suggested retail price of $69.99 USD.

Simon's uniform includes an EOD-7B Helmet, EOD Uniform Shirt and Trousers, EOD-7B Body Suit and Trousers, EOD-7B 1GP Integrated Groin Protector, EOD-7B Back Support, and Jungle Boots. His gear includes EOD Belt, Auxiliary Battery Pack, EOD Clampo Kit, Cutter, Walkie Talkie, SABER Radio Clip-on Handset, Water Cannon, and a Watch.
