May 2003 - Eight colorful, loveable characters from the highly anticipated Finding Nemo, the Walt Disney Pictures presentation of a Pixar Animation Studios film, will be diving into McDonald's® Happy Meals beginning Friday, May 30, 2003 - Thursday, June 26, 2003. Swimming into participating McDonald's just in time for their big screen computer-animated debut, the McDonald's Finding Nemo Happy Meal® event brings the underwater adventures of Nemo and friends to life using state-of-the-art technology. All eight Finding Nemo characters light up or make noises when touched, and when submerged in water will squirt water for hours of wet, seaside, summertime Happy Meal fun.

Meet the Happy Meal Cast

Nemo - This lovable, wayward orange striped clownfish, will charm you with his giggle. But be careful! When filled with water, Nemo will also cool you down with his whistle, squirting water when his fin is tickled.

Dory - This bright blue tang fish is full of fun, but short on memory. Squirting water when filled, this little fish makes a giant whale-like sound!

Gill - Appropriately named, this streetwise fish is one tough cookie. He'll show you his scars, which light up. But be careful he won't think twice about squirting you with water if you dare to push his fin.

Bloat - Bright yellow and a whale of a blowfish, Bloat will make you laugh squirting water and boasting a big belly that shines bright red.

Marlin - Like his son, Nemo, Marlin is full of laughs and water squirting fun.

Bruce - Bearing bright red eyes when activated and scary smile that squirts water, this shark is one creepy character.

Squirt - With an illuminating shell and legs that squirt water when pushed, this lovable sea turtle is ready for adventure.

Pearl - This pretty pink squid squirts water when her fins are pushed and glows a brilliant red when in the sea.

Innovating Playtime - State-of-the-Art Technology at Work and Play!

1. Hold the toy in the palm of your hand
2. Submerge the toy in water to fill
3. Push down on the characters' fins/ears to make them light up or make a noise, and squirt water from their mouths when filled.
4. Create a friend chain. Touch one activation point at the bottom of the toy, have your friend touch the other and hold hands to make the toy light up or make a sound.
