Bender (left), the Old Fortran Malt Liquor-swilling robot and the final figures from MAC's first assortment based on Matt Groening's Futurama animated series (Fry and Leela being the other two figures in the series) was sculpted in time for unveiling at Toy Fair back in February. Fans have been anxiously to catch a glimpe of MAC's rendition of this fan-favorite character ever since.

As you can see from the pictures, Moore Action Collectibles has done their usual bang-up job and captured the look of Bender perfectly.
Speaking of capturing the look perfectly, check out these pictures of the sculpts in-progress on a few of the second series of Buffy the Vampire Slayer action figures. MAC has released images of Oz, Xander and Giles. Look for these figures to be released this fall.

Moore Action's first series of Buffy figures has recently started appearing in Toys R Us stores, which - should the line perfom satisfactorily there - should pave the way for future mass-market releases for MAC, specifically Buffy Series 2 and Futurama. Stay tuned to RTM for further developments.
