Oak Brook, Ill. � May 24, 2004 � Neopets characters will travel from the virtual world of Neopia®, the hottest youth entertainment network on the Internet (www.neopets.com®), to McDonald's as part of the 25 Years of Happiness Happy Birthday Happy Meal® celebration. Beginning May 28, 2004 � June 24, 2004, McDonald's Happy Meal will feature one of 15 different plush Neopets characters in seven different colors and one of four ultra-collectible plush Neopian® Items in rare color patterns to create the largest Happy Meal collection of all time � 109 different designs. Increasing the collectibility and fun, each Neopets Happy Meal will also include one of 15 game cards from Neopets Trading Card Game. This dual premium will be available at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide, while supplies last.

Neopets is the online interactive worldwide youth community where members explore new worlds, play games, enter contests, and communicate with other members in an ever-expanding entertainment environment filled with literally millions of pages of content.

More than 100 Neopets to Join in McDonald's 25 Years of Happiness Celebration

Oak Brook, Ill. � May 24, 2004 � McDonald's Happy Meals continue the excitement of the 25 Years of Happiness celebration by traveling to the virtual world of the largest global youth entertainment network on the Internet, Neopets®. McDonald's guests will receive one of 15 different plush Neopets or one of four ultra-collectible plush Neopian Items, along with one of 15 game cards from the Neopets Trading Card Game with each Happy Meal®. The largest Happy Meal collection of all time features seven different colors and 15 different plush designs for a total of 109 Neopets collectibles! This Neopian® adventure is part of the Happy Birthday Happy Meal all-star lineup and begins May 28, 2004 � June 24, 2004, at participating McDonald's restaurants nationwide, while supplies last.

Each of the 15 Neopets plushies will feature the four basic colors, red, blue, green and yellow as well as three different special paint brush colors including brown, cloud, orange, purple, shadow, starry, or white. The four ultra-collectible Neopian Items will each be featured in its own distinctive design. All Neopets plush pets will feature authenticated hangtags. The blue hangtags will signify traditional colors, the yellow hangtags will signify special paint brush colors for easy collecting. Each Neopets plush toy with trading card will be wrapped in an opaque polybag to ensure that the color is a special surprise.
