Since they first formed their alliance, Eternal Toys and DiamondSelect Toys & Collectibles have generated excitement among specialty retailers and collectors with some of the most intriguing and beautiful toys and collectibles on the market.

However, various manufacturing and shipping delays have forced Eternal Toys/Diamond Select to cancel and/or resolicit some of its most eagerly anticipated products, inconveniencing retailers and disappointing their customers.

"In our efforts to begin showcasing the amazing variety of new items we've been working on, our excitement got the best of us, and we solicited items far too early in the production cycle," explained Eternal Toys'President Gregg Pisani. "Consequently, we inadvertently caused situations that resulted in lost sales for retailers and displeasure for collectors - situations that we find unacceptable, apologize for, and intend to remedy."To that end, the management of Eternal Toys has re-evaluated its corporate mission statement and made the following pledge to retailers and consumers: All new Eternal Toys/Diamond Select items will be solicited with guaranteed ship dates.

PLEASE NOTE: The new policy will take effect immediately for all future items. (Items already solicited which are late will be canceled and resolicited with new, guaranteed ship dates.) See schedule below.

"We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion our initial enthusiasm may have caused for retailers and their customers," said Diamond Select Production Supervisor John Schramm. "We fully understand the impact that late shipping can have on both parties, and we hope that they will allow us to demonstrate the sincerity of our renewed commitment to bringing them toys and collectibles of the highest quality - on time!"

Retailers and collectors can look forward to receiving the following Eternal Toys/Diamond Select products according to the schedule below. (Any item not on this list that was initially solicited in the May Previews orearlier will be resolicited at a future date. Shipping information on future resolicitations will be made separately.)
