Famous Studios Popeye Maquette

March 2005 - "I yam what I yam."

Electric Tiki celebrates the 75th anniversary of everyones favorite sailor, Popeye, with the first of two tribute maquettes! First up is Popeye as he appeared in the classic "Famous Studios" shorts with his white sailor suit. He stands 6.5 inches tall on a classic star base reminiscent of the famous opening.

This "Famous Studios" Popeye will be followed by a companion piece featuring Popeye as he appeared in the original Fleischer Studio shorts.

Comes fully painted, ready to display and stands on a specially designed base. Designed by Tracy Mark Lee and sculpted by Ruben Procopio. Strictly limited Edition. Popeye comes individually numbered, in a decorated box. Limited to 500 pieces. SRP of $59.
