"Words cannot express what Ken has brought to this company," said Palisades President and CEO, Michael Horn, "He is a pivotal member of this team, and we owe a great deal of our success to Ken's commitment to his job, and to his visionary techniques in the field of product development. Ken will remain on with Palisades in a consulting and advisory role through the remainder of 2005, and possibly beyond.

In the meantime, Palisades Entertainment has promoted Kim Mattison to Director of Product Development. In her new position, Kim will head up product management and creative strategy for all of Palisades' product lines. This includes licensed products developed by Palisades Toys and Factory X, as well as Palisades' own independent product lines. Additionally, she will serve on the company's management team.

"As Ken's prot�g� for nearly three years, Kim has developed the ability to create products that have quality design and meet and exceed customers' expectations," said Horn, "In fact, there was never a question that Kim should be the one to succeed Ken. She has absorbed everything that he has taught her, and has developed into a very talented designer and leader. We are 100% capable of the direction in which she will lead Palisades' product development division. I am totally confident in her abilities and am anxiously looking forward to this new era under her creative direction."

Added Lilly, "While this is certainly not the 'end' of my association with Palisades, it is certainly the beginning of a new era. That said, I have complete faith that Kim will continue Palisades' legacy of creating the highest-quality collectibles in the world. As for me, I am just stoked to see what Palisades has in store for the future!"
