April 2006 - Although the first character from NECA and the Four Horsemen's 4th wave of Masters of the Universe Mini-Statues, Snake-Face (click to see pictures) was revealed months ago, the final two characters from the wave have been patiently waiting in the darkened wings to pounce.
Skeletor's horrifying beast of capture, Webstor (click to see pictures) and Hordak's most vile thug, Leech (click to see pictures) will round out the 4th wave making this the most evil grouping yet! There should be more solid information by the time the Summer convention season begins, but we're shooting for an early Fall release date for these monstrosities.
Speaking of Summer conventions, NECA and Four Horsemen are proud to offer not one, but two different Masters of the Universe exclusives that will be available in these forms nowhere else except at NECA's booth at the 2006 San Diego Comic Con and Wizard World Chicago 2006!
First, after a long hiatus, the Masters of the Universe Micro-Busts make their triumphant and possibly very brief return to the limelight with the release of the Teela, Mekaneck and Man-at-Arms Micro-Busts (click to see pictures)! These will be sold exclusively at NECA's SDCC and WWC booths as an extremely limited, boxed three-pack! No word yet if this series will continue again after the release of these babies, so be sure to get your hands on these tiny slices of MOTU history while you still can!
Next up, NECA and the Four Horsemen are proud to offer the Classic Colors Evil-Lyn Mini-Statue! Again, this very limited version of this Mini-Statue will only be available for purchase at NECA's SDCC and WWC booths. If you know anything about past MOTU convention exclusives, then you know that this is one convention exclusive that you don't want to miss!
Rest assured, this version of Evil-Lyn isn't just a re-cast of the Evil-Lyn toy from a couple of years ago. Not only does this version have a classic colors paint scheme, but all of the parts that were once re-used from Teela for the action-figure have all been replaced with parts that are all Evil-Lyn's very own! This is the way Evil-Lyn was meant to be: fiery yellow, cold blue and totally evil!
Got your convention passes? Got your plane tickets? Got your hotel rooms? If not, this is your last warning. We'd hate to have to send Evil-Lyn after you.
