Gwins are artist designed, vinyl penguins based on the Linux mascot, Tux, created by Larry Ewing and The GIMP. They sit approximately 2.5" high and artists of all skill levels are encouraged to try their hand at customizing them. Series 1 featured nine different designs by artists such as Doktor A, Mimic, Eric Treadaway, Nixon Scratches, idlechimp, and SpookyAMD.
