It's Official: KB Toys Has Passed on JLA 4

jla_tombstone.jpg - 10522 BytesFans of the KB Toys-exclusive JLA action figure line can call off the hunt for the much-anticipated Series 4. The assortment, scheduled to feature Batman, Superman, The Atom, Red Tornado and an all-new sculpt of Wonder Woman, was originally scheduled to appear in KB stores this past summer. As the release of the figures faced delay after delay rumors started circulating that the assortment might now see the light of day at all, at least not at KB Toys.

According to a KB Toys spokesperson RTM spoke with earlier today, KB Toys has officially passed on carrying JLA Assortment 4. Not the news fans were hoping to hear, to be sure.

Other sources have indicated that the figures have already been produced, raising the hope that they may yet find a home somewhere as Hasbro would likely rather recoup their costs of producing the figures. As the saying goes, time will tell.
