MORRISVILLE, NC - January, 2007 - Inkworks announces the release of SMALLVILLE: SEASON FIVE PREMIUM TRADING CARDS featuring the fifth season of The CW Network's hit series, Smallville. Smallville weaves a blend of realism and adventure into this live-action TV series based on the Superman mythology. This new interpretation of the Superman legend follows a young Clark Kent and his friends as he learns to master his secret powers and figure out his destiny. Tom Welling plays the young Clark Kent, along with Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk), and Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum). Smallville airs on Thursdays at 8:00 PM (7:00 Central) on CW.
