Ninja Scroll Action Figure Control Art Revealed

ninjascroll_mars_pm.jpg - 8890 BytesMars Colony and Palisades Marketing have teamed up to develop a killer action figure line based on what is arguably one of the most popular anime films of all time, Yoshiaki Kawajiri�s Ninja Scroll. This is the first of several lines based on Kawajiri's works.

Each action figure features generous articluation, and incredible detail. The designs of the figures are being based directly off of Kawajiri's artwork to ensure their faithfulness to the original anime.

The first series will include:

  • Jubei, the reluctant hero for hire. Includes removable hat and sword. Sculpted by Gabriel Marquez.

  • Kagero, the brooding female ninja of the Koga clan. Includes sword and sheath. Sculpted by Gabriel Marquez.

  • Tessai, the stony monstrosity with a boomerang sword. Includes rotating blade weapon. Sculpted by SOTA Sculpture and Design.

  • Shijima, master of stealth and misdirection who strikes from the shadows with his metal claw. Includes removable claws, with chain. Sculpted by Phil Ramirez

  • Mushizo, the disfigured dwarf that houses a swarm of wasps in his misshapen back. Includes removable shirt, weapon. Sculpted by Phil Ramirez.

    The Ninja Scroll action figure line is planned for an early 2001 release. RTM will bring you more information on this exciting line as it becomes available. Stay tuned!
