The Ultimate Toy Awards category nominees are all featured All Stars in the Holiday 2007 issue of Toy Wishes, on newsstands the first week of October. The All Stars are selected by the Toy Wishes editorial board as the brightest, most innovative toys in over twenty different categories. The highly anticipated Hot Dozen list is chosen from these All Stars.
