Palisades

We have scads more details coming about the Palisades products, but for now, here are three pages with 63 images. Something that we want to point out now, though, is the Alien vs. Predator statues - they are individual pieces, sold at different times, but their bases fit together to display them in that combat diorama.

A few more quick notes:

• the Muppets - the gray figures are test shots, actual size of the finished products. The colorful figures are not actual size, but there to show the details.
• The Resident Evil figures shown are 2-ups, twice as large as the final product will be.
• The GI Joe busts will come out one per quarter, so four over the next year.
• The Micronauts will have two waves of retro figures in 2002, followed by a wave of new interpretations of the characters, also in 2002. Future years may have alternating waves of retro and new figures. The figures on display are all original Micronauts, there just as examples, and not as final products. Palisades has been getting a lot of fan input on the Micronauts line, and it is very clear that they care deeply about this license.
• The "Year without a Santa Claus" products are exclusives to the Suncoast/Sam Goody/Media Play chains of stores.
