Elmo continues to dance his way into your heart with two new dancing versions... the Hokey Pokey Elmo sings the Hokey Pokey while dancing around in a circle. He will dance into stores in May 2003 for about $24.99 USD. The Limbo Elmo is available in the Spring of 2003, for about $19.99. Elmo can limbo under the included limbo bar, but doesn't require the bar to do the limbo. If he limbos back too far, he will ask for help in getting back up again.
The Get Up & Bounce Tigger doesn't do the Hokey Pokey, but he does bounce. He can stand up by himself and then bounce around, talking and singing the whole time. Tigger bounces into stores in August 2003 for about $29.99.
The Spin 'N Surprise Castle is new to the Fisher-Price Disney Princess series in 2003. The castle is circular, with Cinderella, Belle, and Snow White each getting their own section of the castle, with each section featuring lights and sounds. Put the included princess dolls in the top section, press a button, and they spin around. The castle spins into stores in August 2003 for around $29.99.
Dora the Explorer is back with two new doll versions. Cowgirl Dora ($19.99, August 2003) sings and rides her Pinto pony toy. Magical Friends Singing Dora ($29.99, August 2003).
The GeoTrax Rail and Road System Railway debuts in June 2003, and features vehicles which move around on the track and are remote controlled. (They can also be pushed along by hand.) The track layout can be changed and expanded with accessory sets, including extra controllers so that you can be in charge of more than one vehicle at a time.
The Rescue Heroes can all take part in the same rescue mission in 2003 via the Mission Select system: the new backpacks allow the characters to talk about the same mission. The Mission Select figures are due out in May 2003, for about $9.99 each. The Fire Truck and Police Cruiser have also been updated with the Mission Select technology: the Fire Truck is due out in July 2003 for about $34.99 and the Police Cruiser will be out in May 2003 for around $24.99.
The Rescue Heroes Mountain Action Command Center (MACC) is the new headquarters playset, resembling the one on the animated television show. Play areas on the MACC include a climbing wall, dock area, lookout tower, garage, crane, landing pad, elevator, and central command area. The command area has a Mission Select dial so that you can choose which mission (fire, storm, flood, avalanche, earthquake, or volcano) Warren Waters will talk about on the screen. The (tethered) backpacks in the command area will also work with the Voice Tech Rescue Heroes figures. The MACC comes with a Rescue Bobcat figure, and will be available in July 2003 for around $69.99.
