Mattel:
Shakira & Olsen Twins

Mattel has several Shakira fashion dolls planned for 2003, to be released starting in May. The outfits for the dolls will be based on actual outfits Shakira has worn in her music videos and to awards shows, and one of the dolls will come with a guitar which will play sound clips of her music.

The Mary-Kate and Ashley fashion doll series continues, with a two-pack of the Olsen Twins as seen in their film Getting There due out in July 2003 with a suggested retail of about $30 USD. The set also includes additional fashions and accessories for both dolls.

Mary-Kate and Ashley are available separately in the Spa & Style fashion assortment: each doll is packaged alone, with extra fashions and accessories. These dolls should be avilable in July 2003, with suggested retail prices of $14.99 each.

Smaller dolls of Mary-Kate and Ashley are based on their animated show Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action! These are six-inch dolls (sold in sets of two) based on the episodes "SPF 5000," "The Mean Team," and "Snow Much Fun." In the Fall of 2003, more dolls will be released, those based on the episodes "Rave Reviews" and "Puppy Love."
