Wiz Kids

Wiz Kids' much-anticipated Shadowrun series was on display at Toy Fair, this is an action figure game. The gameplay for Shadowrun: Duels has two action figures face off, with combat dials just like the Mage Knight and Heroclix games. Each figure comes with a display base which has the dial on it and is also storage for the accessories and dice for the figure.

The figures have peg holes in their hands (and some on their belts) so that they can hold the accessories and weapons. Each has a second set of hands without the peg holes in case you just want to display the figures and not use them for play. The price point is expected to be around $15 USD each.

Series One and Two will be released in 2003, with Series Three to follow in 2004. Series One will be released in June 2003 and Series Two in September. The characters in Series One are:

• Silver Max
• Kyushi
• Liada
• G-Dogg
• Lothan the Wise

The Wizard Entertainment magazines which come out in March (Wizard, ToyFare, Inquest) will have an offer for an exclusive Shadowrun figure.
