ToyBiz - Marvel Legends 9
Marvel Legends Wave 9 have already been sighted overseas, and have just begun appearing in the US. Look for them in more abundance in March.
Wave 9 are listed below with the number of Points of Articulation (POA):
Bullseye (and variant Bullseye with a different head sculpt with gritting-teeth): 44 POA Classic Grey Hulk(and variant Classic Green Hulk): 34 POA Deathlok: 39 POA Dr. Strange: 35 POA Nightcrawler: 41 POA Professor X: 33 POA War Machine: 36 POA Wave 9 is the Galactus Series where you can "Build-a-Figure". A comic book or poster book will be included. But, replacing the bases typically included with the figures will be an arm, leg, torso, or head of the planet-eater, Galactus. When you buy each character in the wave, you can assemble Galactus together into a fully-articulated 16-inch giant. Folks we've talked to who've assembled Galactus assure that his limbs are connect firmly, and will not fall-out. Within a case are 12 figures. Since each case contains 12 figures, and a full Galactus is comprised of 7, there will be 1.7143 Galactuses per case. So, ToyBiz is recommending retailers to buy in even cases. They will try their best to ship in pairs such that the 2 figures not included twice in the one case will be included twice in the second case.
